festival is going down right and its already witnessing a large
celebrity turn out. Actresses Tonto Dikeh and Funke Akindele showed up
for the carnival wearing matching costumes. Some other stars who have
been spotted at the carnival include- Uti Nwachukwu, Fred Amata, Ime
Bishop Umoh, Mbong Amata, and Mama Bakassi herself, Senator Florence
